Product Description: Carbon fiber mould is a high-precision, durable tool used in the manufacturing process of composite parts. Its primary function is to provide the exact negative form of the desired final component. Carbon fiber reinforcement (prepreg or wet fabric) and resin are laid into or onto the mould, then cured under heat and pressure. The mould defines the part's geometry, surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and critical aerodynamic or structural features. Technical Advantages: The mould is extremely rigid and dimensionally stable under autoclave vacuum pressure (typically 1-7 bar) and temperature (up to 180°C+), while being much lighter than equivalent metal tools.
